If you have a senior that wants to graduate with NOAH, please read the message below from Beth Nichols, this year‘s graduation coordinator.

NOAH will be holding a graduation ceremony for our 2023 graduates on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 7pm. The deadline to sign up to participate is February 1st. Here are the details of this year's graduation:

SENIOR STUDENTS & PARENTS:
The cost to participate is estimated at $200 per graduate (dependent on the number of participants we have). The deadline to sign-up to participate in NOAH graduation is February 1, 2023. We would need your contract to participate, order form, and $100 deposit by February 1st to include your graduate in the ceremony, and the senior questionnaire, photo upload, and $100 balance would be due April 1, 2023.

FEES:
The $200 graduation fee includes cap, gown, one tassel, diploma, access to event photos, and the costs associated with the ceremony and reception. Final costs will be divided evenly between the graduates, and any money remaining will be divided and refunded to the graduates. If you have any questions, please email me at NOAHgrads@gmail.com.

GOOGLE FORMS:
When using Google Forms, some browsers refresh and cause data to be lost if it hasn't been submitted within a certain amount of time. If you expect to take more than 10 minutes filling out the form (particularly the senior questionnaire), I would recommend typing your entries into a Word document and pasting them into the form. I selected "to collect email addresses" on the forms so that you would be emailed a link that allows you to edit your form up to the due date (with the exception of the contract).

SENIOR BOARDS:
We will have tables set-up outside of the sanctuary to display senior boards. Many of the individual sports already do these for their banquet, but if you haven't done one already, you should! Everyone loves walking through and seeing the boards, and it is a great keepsake.

SUGGESTIONS:
We do not have a master of ceremonies or a commencement address speaker. If any of you know of good candidates, please let me know as soon as possible so we can get them scheduled!
